Mining (Revocation of Private Mines) Proclamation 2010
under section 73N of the Mining Act 1971
1 The following area was declared to be a private mine by proclamation on 26 October 1972 (Gazette 26.10.1972 p2020):
Portion of Section 136, Hundred of Blanche, county of Grey, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title register book volume 2886 folio 200.
2 The following area was also declared to be a private mine by proclamation on 26 October 1972 (Gazette 26.10.1972 p2020):
Portion of Section 136, hundred of Blanche, county of Grey, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title register book volume 2887 folio 1 and more particularly as delineated and bounded in plans "A" and "B" appearing thereon.
3 The Warden's Court has declared (on 16 February 2010 in Action No 430 of 2009) that proper grounds exist for revoking the declarations referred to above.
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining (Revocation of Private Mines) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
The declaration referred to in clause 1 of the preamble and the declaration referred to in clause 2 of the preamble are revoked.
