Mining (Revocation of Private Mine) Proclamation 2016
under section 73N of the Mining Act 1971
1 The following area was declared to be a private mine by proclamation on 11 January 1973 (Gazette 11.1.1973 p96):
Sections 482, 483, 3081, 3084, hundred of Barossa, county of Adelaide.
2 The Warden's Court has declared (on 8 December 2015 in Action No 1566 of 2015) that proper grounds exist for revoking the declaration referred to in clause 1.
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining (Revocation of Private Mine) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Revocation of private mine
The declaration referred to in clause 1 of the preamble is revoked.

on the basis of the declaration of the Warden's Court referred to in clause 2
of the preamble and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
