Mining (Revocation of Private Mine) Proclamation 2017
under section 73N of the Mining Act 1971
1 The following area was declared to be a private mine by proclamation on 1 March 1973 (Gazette 1.3.1973 p739):
That portion of section 2147 hundred of Yatala, county of Adelaide, described in certificate of title, Register Book volume 1947 folio 86.
2 The declaration referred to in clause 1 was varied by proclamation on 16 June 1977 (Gazette 16.6.1977 p1709) by excising from the area of the private mine the following land:
Comprising portion of section 2147, hundred of Yatala, being that portion defined in certificate of title, register book 4039, folio 296.
3 The Warden's Court has declared (on 19 October 2016 in Action No 1345 of 2016) that proper grounds exist for revoking the declaration referred to in clause 1 (as varied).
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining (Revocation of Private Mine) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Revocation of private mine
The declaration referred to in clause 1 of the preamble (as varied) is revoked.

on the basis of the declaration of the Warden's Court referred to in clause 3
of the preamble and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
