Mining (Revocation of Private Mines) Proclamation 2017
under section 73N of the Mining Act 1971
1 The following area was declared to be a private mine by a proclamation made pursuant to the Mining Act 1971
on 6 November 1975 (Gazette 6.11.1975 p2340):
Sections 340 and 342, hundred of Tungkillo.
2 The following area was also declared to be a private mine by a proclamation made pursuant to the Mining Act 1971
on 6 November 1975 (Gazette 6.11.1975 p2340):
Section 349, hundred of Tungkillo.
3 The following area was also declared to be a private mine by a proclamation made pursuant to the Mining Act 1971
on 6 November 1975 (Gazette 6.11.1975 p2340):
That portion of section 350, hundred of Tungkillo being the whole of the land described in certificate of title register book volume 4027 folio 25.
4 The following area was also declared to be a private mine by a proclamation made pursuant to the Mining Act 1971
on 6 November 1975 (Gazette 6.11.1975 p2340):
Section 351, hundred of Tungkillo.
5 The Warden's Court has declared (on 6 September 2017 in Action No 991 of 2017) that proper grounds exist for revoking the declarations referred to in clauses 1 to 4.
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining (Revocation of Private Mines) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Revocation of private mines
The declarations referred to in clauses 1 to 4 of the preamble are revoked.

on the basis of the declaration of the Warden's Court referred to in clause 5
of the preamble and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
