Mining Revocation
Proclamation 2004
under section 8(2) of the Mining Act 1971
1 By proclamation made pursuant to the Mining Act 1971 on 22
February 1990 (Gazette 22.2.1990 p506) certain land in the Hundred of
Kanmantoo was reserved from the operation of certain provisions of that
Act.
2 It is now intended that the land no longer be reserved from the operation
of those provisions of the Act.
This proclamation may be cited as the Mining Revocation
Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The proclamation referred to in clause 1 of the preamble is
revoked.
