Motor Vehicles (Disqualification) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Disqualification) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of Act
The Motor Vehicles (Disqualification) Amendment Act 2012 (No 42 of 2012) will come into operation on 31 January 2013.
