This proclamation may be cited as the National Electricity (South
Australia) (New National Electricity Law) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2008.
2—Commencement of suspended
provision
Section 7 of the National Electricity (South Australia) (New National
Electricity Law) Amendment Act 2005 (No 14 of 2005) will come into operation
on 17 July 2008.
