National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) (Application) Proclamation 2013
under section 4 of the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) Act 2011
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) (Application) Proclamation 2013.
2—Day fixed for application of National Energy Retail Law in South Australia
For the purposes of section 4(1) of the National Energy Retail Law (South Australia) Act 2011, 1 February 2013 is fixed as the day on which the National Energy Retail Law will commence to apply in this jurisdiction.
