National Parks and Wildlife (Venus Bay Conservation Park) Proclamation 2007

under section 30(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Venus Bay Conservation Park) Proclamation 2007.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Alteration of boundaries of Venus Bay Conservation Park

The boundaries of the Venus Bay Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:

Allotment 5 of Deposited Plan 60777, Out of Hundreds (Streaky Bay) and Hundreds of Rounsevell and Wright, County of Robinson;

Allotment 6 of Deposited Plan 60777, Out of Hundreds (Streaky Bay) and Hundreds of Rounsevell and Wright, County of Robinson;

Section 175, Hundred of Rounsevell, County of Robinson;

Section 184, Hundred of Rounsevell, County of Robinson;

Allotments 2 and 4 of Deposited Plan 32749, Hundreds of Wright and Witera, County of Robinson;

Allotment 20 of Deposited Plan 33601, Hundred of Wright, County of Robinson.
