National Parks and Wildlife (Searcy Bay Conservation Park) Proclamation 2012
under section 30(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Searcy Bay Conservation Park) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Constitution of Searcy Bay Conservation Park
The following Crown land is constituted as a conservation park and assigned the name Searcy Bay Conservation Park:
Sections 101 and 102, Hundred of Wrenfordsley, County of Robinson;
Allotments 26, 27 and 28 of Deposited Plan 41664, Hundred of Wrenfordsley, County of Robinson.
Made by the Governor
being of the opinion that the Crown land described in clause 3 should be
protected and preserved for the purpose of conserving any wildlife and the
natural and historic features of the land and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council
on 9 February 2012
