National Parks and Wildlife (Beachport Conservation Park) Proclamation 2007

under section 29(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Beachport Conservation Park) Proclamation 2007.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Alteration of boundaries of Beachport Conservation Park

The boundaries of the Beachport Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:

Sections 30 and 75, Hundred of Lake George, County of Grey.
