National Parks and Wildlife (Dudley Conservation Park) Proclamation 2010
under section 29(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Dudley Conservation Park) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Dudley Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Dudley Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Sections 137, 297, 298 and 299, Hundred of Dudley.
