National Parks and Wildlife (Woakwine Conservation Park) Proclamation 2010
under section 30(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Woakwine Conservation Park) Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Constitution of Woakwine Conservation Park
The following Crown land is constituted as a conservation park and assigned the name Woakwine Conservation Park:
Allotments 3 and 5 of Deposited Plan 29451, Hundred of Waterhouse, County of Robe.
Made by the Governor
being of the opinion that the Crown land described in clause 3 should be
protected and preserved for the purpose of conserving any wildlife and the
natural features of the land and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council
