National Parks and Wildlife (Wahgunyah Conservation Park) Proclamation 2011
under section 30(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Wahgunyah Conservation Park) Proclamation 2011.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Wahgunyah Conservation Park
The boundaries of Wahgunyah Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Sections 4, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 52, 53, 69, 70, 71, 74, 77, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 94, Hundred of Wookata, County of Hopetoun;
Allotments 200 and 201 of Deposited Plan 53763, Hundred of Wookata, County of Hopetoun;
Allotments 100 and 101 of Filed Plan 53901, Hundred of Wookata, County of Hopetoun;
Allotment 101 of Deposited Plan 67102, Hundred of Wookata, County of Hopetoun;
Allotments 102 and 103 of Deposited Plan 85732, Hundred of Wookata, County of Hopetoun.
