National Parks and Wildlife (Ngarkat Conservation Park) Proclamation 2016
under section 30(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1 The following land forms part of the Ngarkat Conservation Park:
Allotments 104 and 105 in approved plan No DP28853, Hundred of Fisk, lodged in the Lands Titles Registration Office at Adelaide.
2 It is intended that, by this proclamation, the land be excluded from the Park.
3 A resolution requesting the making of this proclamation has been passed by both the House of Assembly and the Legislative Council.
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Ngarkat Conservation Park) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Ngarkat Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Ngarkat Conservation Park are altered by excluding from the Park the land defined in clause 1 of the preamble to this proclamation.
