National Parks and Wildlife (Brownhill Creek Recreation
Park) Proclamation 2005
under sections 33(3) and 34(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1 The Brownhill Creek Recreation Park is constituted as a recreation park
under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 (see Schedule 6 of
the Act).
2 It is now intended that certain land be excluded from the park and an
equivalent area of land be included in the park. For that purpose it is
convenient to abolish the existing park and constitute a new recreation park
with the adjusted area.
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife
(Brownhill Creek Recreation Park) Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation will come into operation on 12 May 2005.

park
The Brownhill Creek Recreation Park is abolished.
4—Constitution of Brownhill Creek
Recreation Park
The Crown land defined in Schedule 1 is constituted as a recreation park
and is assigned the name Brownhill Creek Recreation Park.
Schedule 1—Definition of land
Allotment 31 of Plan No. DP 67191, Hundred of Adelaide, County of Adelaide,
accepted for deposit in the Lands Titles Registration Office at
Adelaide.

being of the opinion that the land defined in Schedule 1 should be
conserved and managed for public recreation and enjoyment and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council
on 12 May 2005
