National Parks and Wildlife (Cygnet Estuary Conservation Park) Proclamation 2014
under section 30(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Cygnet Estuary Conservation Park) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Constitution of Cygnet Estuary Conservation Park
The following Crown land is constituted as a conservation park and assigned the name Cygnet Estuary Conservation Park:
Section 448, Hundred of Menzies, County of Carnarvon;
Allotments 41 and 42 in Deposited Plan 91869, Hundred of Menzies, County of Carnarvon;
Allotment 3 in Deposited Plan 45219, Hundred of Menzies, County of Carnarvon.
Made by the Governor
being of the opinion that the Crown land described in clause 3 should be
protected and preserved for the purpose of conserving any wildlife and the
natural features of the land and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council
on 6 February 2014
