National Parks and Wildlife (Chowilla Game Reserve) Proclamation 2018
under section 32(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1 The following land forms part of the Chowilla Game Reserve:
Section 1229, Out of Hundreds (Renmark), County of Hamley.
2 It is intended that, by this proclamation, the land be excluded from the game reserve.
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Chowilla Game Reserve) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Chowilla Game Reserve
The boundaries of the Chowilla Game Reserve are altered by excluding from the Reserve the land described in the preamble.
