National Parks and Wildlife (Aboriginal Hunting and Food Gathering) Proclamation 2015
under section 68D of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Aboriginal Hunting and Food Gathering) Proclamation 2015.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Hunting and food gathering by Aboriginal persons permitted
(1) For the purposes of section 68D(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972, Aboriginal persons are permitted to take native plants from the reserves and wilderness protection areas, or parts of reserves and wilderness protection areas, listed in Schedule 1.
(2) For the purposes of section 68D(4) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972, Aboriginal persons are permitted to take protected animals, or the eggs of protected animals, from the reserves and wilderness protection areas, or parts of reserves and wilderness protection areas, listed in Schedule 1.

Acraman Creek Conservation Park
Chadinga Conservation Park
Fowlers Bay Conservation Park
Those parts of the Great Australian Bight Marine National Park comprising—
(a) Allotment 11 in Deposited Plan 57297, Hundred of Russell; and
(b) Allotment 21 in Deposited Plan 57675, Out of Hundreds (Nullarbor)
Laura Bay Conservation Park
Nullarbor Wilderness Protection Area
Point Bell Conservation Park
Pureba Conservation Park
Wahgunya Conservation Park
Wittelbee Conservation Park
Yellabinna Wilderness Protection Area
