National Parks and Wildlife (Big Heath Conservation Park) Proclamation 2010
under section 29(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Big Heath Conservation Park) Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Big Heath Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Big Heath Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Allotment 500 of Deposited Plan 36919, Hundred of Spence, County of Robe.
