National Parks and Wildlife (O'Halloran Hill Recreation Park) Proclamation 2016
under section 34(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (O'Halloran Hill Recreation Park) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of O'Halloran Hill Recreation Park
The boundaries of the O'Halloran Hill Recreation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Allotments 1 and 2 in Filed Plan 18391, Hundred of Noarlunga, County of Adelaide;
Allotments 1, 9, 11, 13 and 14 in Deposited Plan 88148, Hundred of Noarlunga, County of Adelaide;
The Allotment comprising Pieces 2, 3, 4 and 5 in Deposited Plan 88148, Hundred of Noarlunga, County of Adelaide;
Allotment 1001 in Deposited Plan 73104, Hundred of Noarlunga, County of Adelaide.
