National Parks and Wildlife (Adelaide International Bird Sanctuary National Park—Winaityinaityi Pangkara) Proclamation 2019
under section 28(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Adelaide International Bird Sanctuary National Park—Winaityinaityi Pangkara) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Adelaide International Bird Sanctuary National Park—Winaityinaityi Pangkara
The boundaries of the Adelaide International Bird Sanctuary National Park—Winaityinaityi Pangkara are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Allotment 10 in Deposited Plan 117811, Hundred of Dublin, County of Gawler;
Allotment 62 in Deposited Plan 116934, Hundred of Dublin, County of Gawler;
Allotments 101 and 103 in Deposited Plan 117107, Hundred of Dublin, County of Gawler;
Allotment 20 in Deposited Plan 119010, Hundred of Dublin, County of Gawler;
Allotment 102 in Deposited Plan 50216, Hundred of Port Adelaide, County of Adelaide.
