National Parks and Wildlife (Murray River National Park) Proclamation 2019
under section 28(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Murray River National Park) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Murray River National Park
The boundaries of the Murray River National Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Section 90, Hundred of Katarapko, County of Hamley;
Sections 130, 1165, 1622, 1638, 1781 and 1784, Berri Irrigation Area, County of Hamley;
Section 1786, Berri Irrigation Area, County of Hamley;
Allotment 1 in Deposited Plan 25101, Berri Irrigation Area, County of Hamley;
Allotment 11 in Deposited Plan 28736, Berri Irrigation Area, County of Hamley;
Allotment 102 in Deposited Plan 63547, Berri Irrigation Area, County of Hamley;
Allotment comprising Pieces 14 and 15 in Deposited Plan 116096, Berri Irrigation Area, County of Hamley;
Sections 83 and 415, Hundred of Paringa, County of Alfred;
Allotment 101 in Deposited Plan 114582, Hundred of Paringa, County of Alfred;
Allotment 1 in Deposited Plan 115147 (Goat Island), Hundred of Paringa, County of Alfred;
Sections 306 and 307, Renmark Irrigation District, County of Hamley;
Allotment 3 in Deposited Plan 115147, Renmark Irrigation District, County of Hamley;
Allotment 29 in Deposited Plan 84228, Renmark Irrigation District, County of Hamley;
Sections 354 (Thurk Island) and 657, Hundred of Moorook, County of Albert.
