National Parks and Wildlife (Onkaparinga River Recreation Park) Proclamation 2016
under section 34(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Onkaparinga River Recreation Park) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of Onkaparinga River Recreation Park
The boundaries of the Onkaparinga River Recreation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:
Allotment 3 in Deposited Plan 84084, Hundred of Willunga.
