National Parks and Wildlife (Para Wirra Conservation Park) Proclamation 2016
under section 30(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Para Wirra Conservation Park) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made immediately after the National Parks and Wildlife (Para Wirra Recreation Park) Proclamation 2016 comes into operation.
3—Constitution of Para Wirra Conservation Park
The following Crown land is constituted as a conservation park and assigned the name Para Wirra Conservation Park:
Sections 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, 199, 216, 217, 237, 238, 299, 311 and 342, Hundred of Barossa, County of Adelaide;
Allotment 1 in Deposited Plan 58800, Hundred of Barossa, County of Adelaide;
Sections 275, 277, 278, 279, 280, 396, 423, 428 and 429, Hundred of Para Wirra, County of Adelaide;
Allotments 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Deposited Plan 58801, Hundred of Para Wirra, County of Adelaide.
Made by the Governor
being of the opinion that the Crown land described in clause 3 should be
protected and preserved for the purpose of conserving any wildlife and the
natural and historic features of the land and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council
