Natural Resources Management Act (Relevant Day)
Proclamation 2005
under clause 44 of Schedule 4 of the Natural Resources Management Act 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Natural Resources Management Act
(Relevant Day) Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation will come into operation on 1 July 2005.
1 July 2005 is appointed as the relevant day for the purposes of any
provision in which the term relevant day is used under Schedule 4
Part 18 of the Natural Resources Management Act 2004.
