Proclamation 2006
This proclamation may be cited as the Natural Resources Management Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2006.
2—Commencement of sections 96 and
97
Sections 96 and 97 of the Natural Resources Management Act 2004 will
come into operation on 2 February 2006.
