Natural Resources Management (Variation of Boundaries of
NRM Regions) Proclamation 2008
under section 22(3) of the Natural Resources Management Act 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Natural Resources Management
(Variation of Boundaries of NRM Regions) Proclamation 2008.
This proclamation will come into operation on 1 July 2009.
3—Variation of boundaries of NRM
regions
The boundaries of the NRM regions are varied such that the boundaries of
each region are as defined in the part of General Registry Office Plan No.
GP27/2008 relevant to that region.
Note—
The NRM regions were established by proclamation on
2 September 2004 (see Gazette 2.9.2004 p3550).

with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
