This proclamation may be cited as the National Wine Centre
(Restructuring and Leasing Arrangements) Act and National Wine Centre
(Restructuring and Leasing Arrangements) (University of Adelaide) Amendment Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2003.
2—Commencement of
National Wine Centre (Restructuring and Leasing
Arrangements) Act 2002
The National Wine Centre (Restructuring and Leasing Arrangements) Act
2002 (Act No 8 of 2002) will come into operation on 21 August
2003.
3—Commencement of
National Wine Centre (Restructuring and Leasing
Arrangements) (University of Adelaide) Amendment Act
2003
The National Wine Centre (Restructuring and Leasing Arrangements)
(University of Adelaide) Amendment Act 2003 (Act No 30 of 2003) will come
into operation immediately after the National Wine Centre (Restructuring and
Leasing Arrangements) Act 2002 comes into operation.
