Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Occupational Health, Safety and
Welfare (SafeWork SA) Amendment Act (Commencement of Suspended Provision)
Proclamation 2005.
2—Commencement of suspended
provision
Clause 8 of Schedule 1 of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare
(SafeWork SA) Amendment Act 2005 (No 41 of 2005) will come into
operation on 1 January 2006.
