Partnership (Venture Capital) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Partnership (Venture Capital) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.

2—Commencement of Act

The Partnership (Venture Capital) Amendment Act 2008 (No 44 of 2008) will come into operation on 20 April 2009.
