Planning, Development and Infrastructure (Approval of State Planning Policies) Notice 2019
under section 73(12)(a) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
1—Short title
This notice may be cited as the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (Approval of State Planning Policies) Notice 2019
.
2—Commencement
This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Approval of State Planning Policies
In accordance with section 73(12)(a) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
, the State Planning Policies set out in Schedule 1 are approved.
Note—
A State Planning Policy does not have effect until it has been approved by the Governor by notice in the Gazette under section 73(12)(a) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
.
