Plant Health Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Plant Health Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.

2—Commencement of Act

The Plant Health Act 2009 (No 2 of 2009) will come into operation on 1 August 2009.
