Personal Property Securities (Commonwealth Powers) Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Personal Property Securities
(Commonwealth Powers) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of suspended
provision
Section 6(2) of the Personal Property Securities (Commonwealth
Powers) Act 2009 (No 47 of 2009) will come into operation on
26 November 2009.
