Plastic Shopping Bags (Waste Avoidance) Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2008
This proclamation may be cited as the Plastic Shopping Bags (Waste
Avoidance) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008.
The Plastic Shopping Bags (Waste Avoidance) Act 2008 (No 45 of
2008) will come into operation on 1 January 2009.
