Public Sector (Exclusion from Public Service) Proclamation 2010
under section 25 of the Public Sector Act 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Exclusion from Public Service) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation will come into operation on the day on which the Public Sector Act 2009 comes into operation.
3—Persons excluded from Public Service
A person appointed under section 68 of the Constitution Act 1934 is excluded from the Public Service.
