Public Sector Management (Consequential) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management (Consequential) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010.

2—Commencement of Act

The Public Sector Management (Consequential) Amendment Act 2009 (No 38 of 2009) will come into operation on 1 February 2010.
