Public Sector Management (Abolition of Department for
Administrative and Information Services)
Proclamation 2009
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management
(Abolition of Department for Administrative and Information Services)
Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The Department for Administrative and Information Services is
abolished.
