Public Sector Management (Office of Zero Waste SA)
Proclamation 2003
under section 7 of the Public Sector Management Act 1995
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Management (Office
of Zero Waste SA) Proclamation 2003.
This proclamation will come into operation on 1 July 2003.
3—Establishment of the Office of
Zero Waste SA
The Office of Zero Waste SA is established as an administrative unit
of the Public Service.
4—Transfer of employees to the
Office of Zero Waste SA
The employees whose names are set out in the Schedule are transferred from
the Environment Protection Authority to the Office of Zero Waste SA.
