Public Sector (Abolition of Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission Consultation and Response Agency) Proclamation 2017
under section 27 of the Public Sector Act 2009
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Abolition of Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission Consultation and Response Agency) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement
This proclamation will come into operation on 30 June 2017.
3—Abolition of administrative unit
The Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission Consultation and Response Agency is abolished.
