Public Sector (Department of State Development) Proclamation 2016
under section 28 of the Public Sector Act 2009
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Department of State Development) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Designation of Minister responsible for Department of State Development
The Minister for Employment is designated as the Department of State Development's Minister with responsibility for the Department.
