Public Sector (Minister Responsible for Department for Health and Ageing) Proclamation 2014
under section 28 of the Public Sector Act 2009
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Minister Responsible for Department for Health and Ageing) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of Minister responsible for Department for Health and Ageing
The Minister for Health is designated as the Department for Health and Ageing's Minister with responsibility for the Department.
