Public Sector (Administrative Units of Public Service) Proclamation 2010
under section 28 and Schedule 3 clause 2 of the Public Sector Act 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Administrative Units of Public Service) Proclamation 2010.
This proclamation will come into operation on the day on which the Public Sector Act 2009 comes into operation.
3—Continuation of administrative units and designation of responsible Ministers
Each of the administrative units of the Public Service in existence immediately before the commencement of this proclamation is continued as a department and assigned the same title as the unit had immediately before that commencement and, for each administrative unit, the Minister listed below in respect of the unit is designated as the administrative unit's Minister with responsibility for the unit:
