Remuneration (Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner) Proclamation 2004

under section 14(2) of the Remuneration Act 1990

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Remuneration (Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Conferral of jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is conferred on the Remuneration Tribunal to determine the remuneration payable in respect of the office of Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner.
