Radiation Protection and Control (Licences and Registration) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Radiation Protection and Control (Licences and Registration) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement of Act
The Radiation Protection and Control (Licences and Registration) Amendment Act 2011 (No 39 of 2011) will come into operation on 1 March 2012 immediately after section 65 of the Statutes Amendment (Budget 2010) Act 2010 comes into operation.
