Residential Parks Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2007
This proclamation may be cited as the Residential Parks Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Residential Parks Act 2007 (No 19 of 2007) will come
into operation on 5 November 2007.
(2) The operation of sections 18 and 43 of the Act is suspended until a
day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or
proclamations.
