Recreational Services (Limitation of Liability) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Recreational Services (Limitation of Liability) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement of Act

The Recreational Services (Limitation of Liability) Act 2002 (No 20 of 2002) will come into operation on 1 July 2003.
