under section 47H(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Act 1961
This notice may be cited as the Road Traffic (Apparatus for Conducting
Alcotests) Notice 2005.
2—Approval of apparatuses for
purpose of conducting alcotests
Apparatuses of the following kind are approved for the purpose of
conducting alcotests:
