Road Traffic (Apparatus for Conducting Oral Fluid
Analyses) Notice 2008
under section 47H of the Road Traffic Act 1961
This notice may be cited as the Road Traffic (Apparatus for Conducting
Oral Fluid Analyses) Notice 2008.
This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Apparatus for conducting oral
fluid analyses
Apparatuses of the following kind are approved for the purpose of
conducting oral fluid analyses:
Cozart DDS
Made by the Governor
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
on 31 January
2008
