Road Traffic (Approval of Traffic Speed Analyser) Notice 2006

under section 53A of the Road Traffic Act 1961

1—Short title

This notice may be cited as the Road Traffic (Approval of Traffic Speed Analyser) Notice 2006.

2—Commencement

This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Approval of traffic speed analyser

The following apparatus is approved as a traffic speed analyser:

a MultaRadar C radar speed camera system (with or without tripod mounting) manufactured by Robot Visual Systems GmbH of Germany.
